EDUSPORT USA acts as an intermediate between you and American universities to ensure the best solution that corresponds with your athletic, academic and financial profile.

Normally the process takes between 12-18 months and is broken into several steps:

Pre-selection

Competition for athletic scholarships in the USA is fierce, with athletes from all over the world looking to secure a place on the team with an athletic scholarship. College coaches receive a vast amount of applications and simply don’t have the resources to deal with each interested athlete.

At EDUSPORT USA, we will evaluate your academic and athletic level to make sure that you have what it takes to obtain a scholarship in the USA. Only when we are sure that you have a profile that coaches will be interested in, will you be offered a place on the EDUSPORT USA programme.

Effectively, we pre-select athletes on behalf of coaches in the USA, not only saving them valuable time, but also assuring them, that our athletes are academically credible and of a sufficient sporting level to justify a scholarship.

Promotion and Management

Once on the EDUSPORT USA programme, the principal focus of our work is to match you with Universities that correspond with your profile. To do this, we take into account your academic, athletic and financial profile and search suitable universities that may be of interest to you.

At the same time, we will be in constant communication with coaches throughout the USA to establish what type of athletes they are looking for and how much scholarship money they have available.

Once we have created a list of potential universities and identified coaches interested in your athletic profile, we will negotiate the level of your scholarship to ensure the best financial solution for you.

Administration and support

Like any university application process, there will inevitably be a lot of administration and paperwork to complete throughout the process. From SAT and TOEFL test preparation, through VISA applications, to health insurance, we are here to guide you every step of the way through what can be a complicated process.
