The 3 phases
To help our clients achieve the best possible athletic scholarship in the USA, great care has been taken to develop the EDUSPORT USA program.
For best results, the EDUSPORT USA program covers 3 main phases:
Phase 1 - Initial Contact
- Initial meeting with you and your family
to establish your motivations for pursuing a Scholarship in the USA and
answer any initial questions.
- Initial evaluation of your academic achievements.
- Evaluation and assessment of your sporting level and potential.
- Registration to the EDUSPORT USA program.
Phase 2 - Creation of Academic and Athletic Profile
- SAT & TOEFL (if required) Preparation - Registration advice and 'past paper' exams.
- Evaluation of High School grades and translation into USA grading system (G.P.A).
- University
Short listing - Meeting to discuss your academic and sporting needs.
Together we create a shortlist of preferred universities, based on
academics, athletic level and geographical location.
- NCAA Clearinghouse guidance and registration.
- Creation
of Personal Profile - Including academic and sporting CV, creation,
review and editing of personal sporting footage (DVD)
- Regular contact to ensure 100 % satisfaction and creation of best profile possible.
Phase 3 - Promotion and Management
- Promotion of client to identified university coaches, bases on clients sporting and academic needs.
- Regular contact with coaches and client to ensure efficient and effective dialogue.
- Record all contact with coaches for review purposes.
- Constant update of Personal Profile.
- Negotiation and advice regarding any scholarship offers made.
- Final decision making assistance and advice.
- Assistance with university application process.
- F-1 Student Visa - advice and assistance.
- Health and travel insurance - guidance and recommendation.
- Final travel arrangements - advice and air line recommendation.
- Meeting to review all of the above and answer any last minute questions and give some useful tips on life as a student athlete.
- Once
in the USA, we are always happy to do all we can to help you settle
into your new environment and remain available as a constant source of
guidance and advice long after you arrive in the USA.
